Keith Ferguson joins Evince board

Evince Technology has further strengthened its board of directors with the addition of Dr Keith Ferguson as a non-executive director, as the company powers ahead into the next phase of its development.

Global experience

Keith brings over 35 years of global electronics industry experience into Evince, and is also general manager of Amantys Power Electronics in Cambridge. His previous roles have included serving as president of the RF power communications division at Teledyne e2v, as CTO at Dynex Semiconductor and running his own consultancy business advising clients in the defence and communications technology sector.

Evince Technology is very fortunate to have someone with such directly relevant technical and business development experience join our board. Keith’s extensive knowledge and track record in developing high-performance components and systems for markets such as space, industrial and medical will be invaluable as Evince continues to develop its ground-breaking solid-state electron devices, based on synthetic diamond.

A specialist in space

In addition, Keith has worked closely with major national and international space agencies – such as ESA, NASA and JAXA – as well as their supply chains. His specialist knowledge in this area will be particularly useful as Evince continues to attract growing interest for applications of its technology in the SpaceTech sector. This builds on Evince’s recent graduation from Seraphim Space Camp Mission 4, which culminated in a presentation to a capacity invited audience of over 100 corporate and institutional investors at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in London on the 21st November.
