Evince joins Seraphim Space Camp Mission 4

Evince Technology has been named as one of six companies to have been awarded a place in Seraphim Space Camp Mission 4, the UK’s first dedicated accelerator to help fast-track the commercial development of early-stage SpaceTech businesses. The company was selected from over 350 applicants to join the latest cohort.

Launched by Seraphim Capital in 2018, Seraphim Space Camp comprises a nine-week programme of workshops, coaching and mentoring sessions and will see Evince working with programme partners such as Airbus, global engineering and technology company Cyient, and the European Space agency. The Mission 4 programme will culminate in the company pitching its technology and business development strategy to over 100 SpaceTech professionals, advisers and investors in late November.

Evince was specifically encouraged to join Space Camp to help accelerate the development of its ground-breaking solid-state electron devices, based on synthetic diamond, which offer significant lifetime and performance improvements to satellite electronics, communications and propulsion systems. At the same time, the company is also developing the same core platform technology to help benefit other industries and high value markets such as x-ray systems, electron microscopy, additive and advanced manufacturing that is also garnering strong interest.
